With a passion for waterfront landscape architecture (A.B. Arch., Princeton), graphic design (MFA, Yale) and a youth spent in the financial capital of the world, Jen provides brand strategy and creative direction that elevates investment in community and the environment.
Previously Design Director at Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, Jen's work has been recognized by the Federal Design Achievement awards, the ACD 100, AIGA, the Type Director’s Club, the North American Transform Awards, and is in the Cooper-Hewitt's collection.
After receiving a BFA (Graphic Design, SUNY New Paltz), Lindsay spent 8 years as an award-winning Art Director at a boutique design agency in Brooklyn.
Working closely with community development organizations in NYC ignited her passion to create for social change and community empowerment. She was also crucial in the branding and launch of NYC’s East River Ferry pilot service, where her work contributed to its extension to permanent service.
Roman’s web design career began in the late ’90s, in San Francisco. He has worked as a designer, art and a creative director at multiple institutions, most notably, Hewlett-Packard, CBS News and Thomson Reuters.
Susan has worked for Gensler and Ralph Appelbaum Associates, and co-founded the exhibition design studio Guillin+Merrell, whose client roster included Syracuse University, Mattatuck Museum and multiple projects for the Presidio of San Francisco. Susan’s work has been recognized by the AIGA, Graphis, and the Interior Design Society.
Originally from Tennessee, Ashlynn moved to New York to attend the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, where she graduated in 2021 with a BFA. Before joining 8 Point Studio, she interned with Champions Design, where she worked on branding and editorial projects. She is interested in information design and typography, focusing on how the combination of the two can be used to create strong visual narratives.
